I'm almost 16 years old and my parents want to move but I don't want to go would I be able to get amansipated and stay?

Re: amansipation
No. Because what you want is to be emancipated. At 16 you should be able to spell the word or at least use a spellchecker. This leads me to believe your current school has failed you.
Further, how exactly do you plan to make your way in the world? That's something the judge is going to want to know.
Sorry to be so hard on you but you just don't set yourself, you also take on the responsibility to take care of yourself.
