annulled marriage

how much of a time frame can you get your marriage annulled?

I was sweeped off my feet by a man, we got married then he totally changed, into someone I don't even know, it got physical and I want out!!!

Generally time is NOT the factor in an annulment. For annulment to be the appropriate way to end a marriage that marriage must be void or voidable. For example if your spouse was still married at the time of your marriage its a void marriage and you can end it via an annulment.

There are other statutory grounds for an annulment but that's just an example.

As a practical matter you can always file for divorce. Which may be an easier way to go.
