Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

If my answering machine states that all calls will be recorded is that legal in PA? Must the party then be notified on future calls to or from them if not picked up by the machine? Could this be used if needed in a future custody case? We have primary physical custody and mom is out of control.

If a party leaves a message on your answering machine or voice mail it is considered a consented recording. That is you are suppose to know you're being recorded so if you don't want to be recorded you just don't leave a message.
