Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I wish to apply for a no-fault divorce due to the fact we have no property our any to divide.I currently live in Delaware an she lives in Philadelphia an we have been separated since February of 2011.My question is....If i apply an she doesn't sign,can i just wait for two years an it will go through anyway.We got our marriage license in media,pa an were married in Philadelphia.I have recently lost my job so I need the least expensive option for divorce as possible.Oh an she is currently receiving spousal support from me but because we married in may 2010 an was separated in February 2011 the judge ordered payments only until September 2011.
