hello my name is ashley and im 18 years old.

i wanted to know how would my uncle go about adopting me as he is more my dad then anything?

He should retain a lawyer and file an adoption petition filed along with that would be a petition to terminate your parents parental rights. I would suggest that the both of you consult with an attorney to see if that will be the best option for you.
