Not necessarily. Pennsylvania divorce law does not require a 50/50 division. Each asset may be divided differently. The split can be 60/30, etc. In some cases one spouse has been awarded 100% of certain assets. You'll start with the value of your LLC on the date of your final separation and go from there. The rest depends on circumstances and facts not included in your question.
