Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
At-Fault Divorce
What are the Pro's and Con's of filing an At-Fault Divorce? My husband was caught having an affair. I have phone records, bank statements with hotel charges. His girlfriend admitted to the affair to her minister. My husband finally admitted to the affair but now is saying he did not have an affair because I am filing for divorce.

Re: At-Fault Divorce
The biggest con is that a fault based divorce is more expensive as you'll have to have a trial. With no guarantee that you'll make your case. Also, it may take some time for your case to come to trial. So, you might also want to have a consent divorce count in the complaint.
