Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my attorney doesn't call me back
I have had 2 divorces, one in 1992 and one in 2006. My attorney did both. I still am owed $1000 from my ex-husband's 401K to be put into my IRA. The court date to decide the figures was 9/06 and the money was to be in my IRA in 30 days. The divorce was final 11/06. I have written 4 times, called numerous times and even called on her cell phone. In 2004 I recommended her to my friend. The attorney never showed up for the court date and never answered her calls until she said she hired another attorney, then my friend was told to pay the $1500 bill immediately. I thought the reason the attorney did this was because my friend's husband was very abusive and threatening to many people. But my ex-husband isn't that way so it's not that reason. Believe it or not, this attorney is a friend of a friend and is even Magistrate of a nearby town. What should I do, in your opinion? Thank you.
