Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Attorney/NJ vs. PA

Currently, I retained an atty in PA as my x filed for divorce in PA where I lived w/him for 3 years and my daughter was born there; she is 2 1/2. Am I still required to maintain an atty in PA?? I am very unsatisfied with his representation.

Re: Attorney/NJ vs. PA

If the case is in PA, you need an attorney that is licensed in PA. There are attorneys in NJ and other states that practice in PA so you can get an attorney anywhere that is permitted to practice in PA courts.

You can replace your attorney at any time. Well there are times that would be better to do than others.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me the initial consultation is free.
