my aunt cashed my child support check when i was around 12 and im 21 now and i wanted to know if i could take her to court for it?

Did she have custody of you at the time? If so she had the right to cash it. If she didn't then the person pay child support could have raised the issue. Besides if you're talking about 1 check its hardly worth suing over.
