Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Aunt seeking custody.

My niece is 2 years old. They have placed her in a shelter.(emergancy foster care). Mother is on drugs. Father is unfit. What can I do to get Custody?

You should contact Children and Youth. You need to file for kinship care. They would much rather place the children with a relative than foster parents.
