Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Can an autistic12 year old and an oppositionally defiant13 year old be left alone after school for about an hour and a half until the mother gets home from work?

It certainly seems risky and it is something that could be disastrous. You might want to call your local Children and Youth Office to ask their opinion.

If an injury occurs, there could POSSIBLY be child neglect charges or Endangering the Welfare, depending on the functionality of the children and their history...On its face, it scares me...
