auto loan
Going through a divorce and soon to be ex-wife wanted the car. She refuses to get the car loan out of my name which in turn is ruining my debt to income ratio.
What can I do to get her get the loan out of my name

The distribution of the marital estate is handled under equitable distribution. The agreement covering this can be made part of the divorce decree. So you could make her getting the title on her paying off the car loan as part of that agreement.
