Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Auto title

I recently went through an amicable divorce. During our marriage my ex bought 2 cars for us to use. the titles are in her name. In the settlement, I got one of the cars. The loan and title is still in her name but I am making payments on the car for the last 2 years. She is worried about her liability should anything happen if there was an accident with the car. There is a balance of over three thousand dollars left on the loan. I don't have the money to pay off the loan in full. What options do I have that would release her of any liability.

Re: Auto title

Well like a bank she should require you car collision insurance so that in case you are at fault for an accident there will be money either to pay off the note or get the car repaired.

More than likely if there a car loan in place then you have collusion coverage. Though you should be sure you have uninsured and under insured motorist coverage in case you get hit by some one lack liability coverage.
