Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Automobile ins

My wife and I are separated, she moved out. Should I take her off my auto policy and have her get her own even if she is living in same city? Her car is only in her name only and paid off, my car is only in my name only and paid off but both names are on insurance.

My question involves the house which is in my name only (purchased by me 5 years before we were married) and any liability I could incur that would affect the house.

I think you should file for divorce. Then you should have a discussion with her about her auto insurance bill, and ask her to pay her portion or provide proof she has obtained coverage.
