Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

help with avoiding paying for ex-hubby's decisions

Since a legal seperation doesn't exist in pa., Would a seperation agreement be legal enough to avoid

paying for my soon to be ex-husband's domestic support issues?

Actually you would call it something other than a Separation Agreement. The reason is that if for some reason you and your husband reunite then the agreement could be voided. I know that sounds hyper technical but part of being a good lawyer is to protect the client. Even from even remote risks especially if the effort required is minor.
