can a husband sign over full right to a unborn baby over to his wife.can they do this by signing a affidavits in front of a notary.

or do they have to see a lawyer on a matter like this.

No, it would be against public policy as well as the law as your husband is presumed to be the father and owes the child the duty of child support.
