Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

If my baby mother is not letting me get my daughter what can I do, she say that because me or her don't have custody of the baby she dont have to give her to me. We do have a court date but that's not tell 6/10/14. Is their any thing I can do to get my baby b4 the court date?

You might want to check that date. It can't be correct. That's over 8 months away.
