Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I just had a baby and i did not put anyone as the father on the birth certificate. Can a man i once dated make me give him a paternity test if i dont want to??

Yes if he claims the child in a custody petition. Of course he could prove paternity but not get primary custody. Which gives him the duty of support for 18 years.
