Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
Please help this baby
this is a vasic description of my case. i am the mother of a 2 1/2 yrs old. her absentee father (now proven with a DNS test)has had no contact with her since birth and i have been her sole provider... do you think any judge would consider giving him any type of custody... please help. i think we are in need of a lawyer.

In Pa biological paternity though not impossible is certainly difficult to overcome in regards to partial custody. Your instinct that you need a lawyer is probably correct. The fact that he has not seen the child for such an extended period of time will probably limit his contact to visitation or every other weekend partial custody.
