If you still have an attorney under retainer, nobody will be able to assist you. It is not proper for an attorney to advise someone when they are currently represented.

With that said, you do have the right to terminate a lawyer and find another one, so if you are unhappy with the services provided, you are free to find a new lawyer.

Assuming that you do not currently have a lawyer, it would still be hard to give you any solid advice. A thorough consulation would need to be done in order to be able to let you know of your various options (if there are any).

If you do not have an attorney, feel free to call me. I do offer free phone consultations.
