Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Back Support

My fiancee is trying to find out how much back support he still owes. He thought he should have been paid off already, but it doesn't seem that way. He gets bi-weekly deductions, and his daugthers mother fails to help him find out how much he still owes. How can he go about this?

Re: Back Support

This is something he can do on his own. He can go to www.childsupport.state.pa.us He will need his PACSES number and PIN. If he's not sure of either number he should call the DRO that issued his support order.

Why does the child's mom need to help him find out how much he owes. It possible she doesn't know. However PACSES is the data base that knows.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
