bad boyfriend

I am 16 and my bf is 17. our baby is due in 21 days. He is into drugs and alcohol and attends a after school program for steeling a lot of money from his mother and underaged drinking. His family and mine are afraid for him to have anything to do with the baby, he can't even pick up the dog with out hurting it. Is there anything I can do to at least have him be supervised when he sees the baby?

To limit a father's visitation you should seek an order of custody. This will give you a way to legally limit the father's contact with your baby.
