Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Bench warrant for mother

If a current custody agreement exists, but there is an active bench warrant for the mother, does the father have to give the kids to her for her visitation days, knowing that she is running from the law?

Background: She is in contempt of court for failure to appear for sentencing. She has had multiple criminal convictions. This particular case involved theft over $600, RSP and drug paraphernalia.
