Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Biased Evaluator

I had to go before a psychologist in attempt to get full custody of my child. When I received a copy of the report the psychologist wrote the things about me that I stated about my wife. During the sessions she would say well your wife told me or she said this about you. I need someones help. Thanks.

Re: Biased Evaluator

In a custody evaluation, one of the things the psychologist looks for is the attitude of each parent towards the other. These attitudes are consciously or unconsciously conveyed to the children. So the psychologist's questions to you were not only appropriate but necessary to conduct a thorough evaluation. For further discussion I am available for any questions you may have.
