Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

since before birth of our son, my ex was 'part time' involved at his convenience. he doesn't work, doesn't pay child support, and his court order for visitations is Mondays and Wednesdays. However, he rarely gets him, and doesn't even respond to me to tell me he's not going to get him. It is a huge inconvenience because i do work to support the baby, and need to find a babysitter when he doesn't get him last minute. Our son is now 1, and he has probably gotten him once a week for a few months, and goes a month or two without visits. Occasionally i get harassing msgs and calls making demands from him, not sure why. Where do I stand and also my son? how do i prevent him from suffering in this situation? is there anything legally i can do to stop this?

You could file a petition to modify the custody order, whereby asking that his visits be reduced and you could ask the judge to include in the order that the father be required to provide notice when he is not goint to exercise his visits.

If you have not already retained a lawyer for this, feel free to give me a call. I offer free consultations.
