Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
My boy friend moved in and has lived with me for a half year in my own house. I heard he will have the right to ask for a share of my assets and property later if we were together for a certain time. I am in Pennsylvania. In case something will happen to our relationship, I would like to know what the worst situation could be. Thanks.

who told you that? Was that person a lawyer licensed in Pennsylvania? If so they're wrong. What you describing is Palimony. That's works in California just ask Lee Marvin Even if he married you he wouldn't be entitled to any of the house. Unless you put his name on the deed. Which you shouldn't.
