Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My boyfriend filed for divorce in April of 2006, his wife refuses to accept any proposal his lawyer sends to her because she wants EVERYTHING!!! Is there any way for him to get the divorce since it's been filed so long ago, and she refuses to cooperate? He paid her 2 yrs of APL and she never used it for a lawyer, now she wants to take him back to court for money again. She has had numerous lawyers but refuses to pay them so they remove themselves from the case. No one can deal with this woman! Thank you for your time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
