Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Boyfriend and I split after 13 years. He owes me a lot of money for jointly owned debt. We both signed an agreement stating terms of repayment. Both of us signed it and hAd it notarized. He has failed to follow thru with the terms of the agreement . Is this a legal document and can I sue him to make him pay me back?

t's a document the question is it an enforceable contract, To determine that I or anny other lawyer would have to look over the contract, Next would be to determine how you want to make him pay up.
