my brother is having a baby with a girl that is putting her husband on the birth certificate she is not fit to raise my son and neither am I want him with my brother I live in pennsylvaina I need to know what to do he will be born 3/23/16

There is nothing you can do. It's up to your brother. He can contact me if he wants but you lack standing to do anything.
