Brother vs. Brother

An incident occoured where a 13 yr. was tasered by his order brother (18 yr.). The police where called, a fine was sent through the mail. We were then notified that we must attend a hearing by the district magistrate. A lawyer was hired for both sides. What is the most and minimum that can happen at the hearing?
