Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My brother passed away in a car accident due to a medical emergency (diabetes). However.... before he died he broke up with his fiancé (which I have proof in the text messages in his phone). After his passing, my parents paid all of the bills/money that my brothers fiancé said he owed. The moment the money stopped coming in, she refuses to let anyone (our family) have any of his personal belongings. My mother has asked her many of times, even when she was on her death bed, I have asked , she has blocked us and refuses to respond. She is a know addict (which I have proof) and it has been 2 years that she has refused to give us even his class ring. My brother had a dog that she also refuses to give to us.

This isn't a family law question it's a estate law question. What will change things is did he have a will? If he doesn't his fiance doesn't get anything. In any case you need to see an estate lawyer to get it straightened out.
