Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My brother needs help to a question!

My brother's recently found out his wife has been cheating on him for 3-4 years now & is completely unhappy with his marriage (to say it brief & light). He's looking into a divorce & doesn't have much money to afford a lawyer, so he asked me to try & help find a legal aid or such that helps with matters such as these. He plans on doing so A.S.A.P., so please respond back soon!

What county does your brother live in? Does the wife also want a divorce? Are there any children involved? I might be able to help if you answer these questions.
