Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Can a business insurance company charge me more for a premium that has already been paid in full? The insurance company did an audit of my policy from coverage of 12-27-08 to 12-27-09 and said they did not charge me the proper rae and now want the differance of $549. Can they legally do this?

They can try. Though the question that would be asked is where have they been. I mean they have been taking the money without complaint. If they were to sue you for it they would appear at best incompetent if not down right foolish.
