Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am a Canadian Citizen, but a US permenant resident(by marriage to aUS citizen)..we have been married for 7 years and I want a divorce. I want to move back home to Canada with our child who has instant Canadian citizenship because of me....she is 5 years old....how difficult wil it be for me to get a judge to let me go...?

We do not have a custody order in place at this time.

You'll just go to Canada and the child's other parent will have no periods of partial custody?

In York County that' just not going to happen.
