Changing a child support case to another State

I live in Pa The case is in Pa

my daughter is 17.

I pay ch support to Pa domestic relations.

My ex wife and daughter now live in New Jersey.

Can my ex get the case moved over to New Jersey courts

To make me pay for college or additional Ch support after my daughter turns 18
