Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Changing a will 10 days before death

My father had a will in effect and 10 days before his death his wife had his will changed. He was not in his right state of mind, he had terminal cancer in his lung that spread to his brain. She was much younger and greedy and instead of her getting a percentage of his money she decided she wanted it all and changed the will. The financial institution where the money was held did not receive the change notice until my father already passed away. We are now in a battle over the money, she says it is hers we say that we can not go by ''her'' will because it was only in effect for 10 days. What can we do?

You are probably going to have to challenge the will. You need to speak with an attorney to discuss all of the facts regarding the situation as soon as possible so that if restraining orders or other emergency motions are necessary he can file them. I offer free consultations.
