Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I cheated on my boyfriend with someone I worked with. Found out I was pregnant by the guy I worked with. Worked things out with my boyfriend and he said he would take full responsibilty for my child after the other guy left. We got married while I was pregnant and my husband signed the birth certificate. My child is 6 now. I just wanted to know where everyone stands legally.. examples: does the bio-father still have rights? Can I still go after child support until she is 18 even though my husband Signed her birth certificate?

There is a presumption that a child born of an intake marriage is a child of the husband. Even if that were not the case since six years has paste due to estoppel. Sort of a statute of limitations in equity. That is the court will not let anyone raise the issue as they have already done so. based on that the only father on the hook for child support is your husband.
