child abandoment
My husband moved out without telling me. He will not tell me where he lives. We have an 8 year old son. I want to know if I can keep him from him. We live in Pennsylvania.

If he files for child custody, he will be awarded some time. However, it sounds like the amount of time and the conditions attached are going to be determined at a hearing.
