child does not attend school

does my husband have to pay child support until my daughter is 18, even if she dropped out of school?

If she is still living home and is not emancipated then the support obligation should continue at least until she turns 18. Of course if she returns to high school the support obligation may continue until she graduates. You should meet with an atorney to discuss and clarify the facts in this situation.
