Child wants to come back to mother

If there was no custody plans through the courts and i gave permission for child to live with father out of state and he lived with the father for 3 years and child is 14 years old and he wants to come home what do I have to do? Please help me as soon as possible

If there is no agreement between the parties, you would want to petition the court in which the child has resided for a modification of custody.
