Does a child custody agreement in pa need to be notarized to be legal and binding

Child custody agreements are normally subject to modification in the best interest of the child. Private agreements are enforcable if they have been adopted as an Order of the court.

A notary merely verifies the identity of the person whose signature is on the document.
