Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

child custody vs. aunt

I have an eight month old daughter, who currently resides with me. I have custody of her through an agreement between her father and I that was aproved by the courthouse in our county. I'm under 18 years old and live with my aunt. Does that mean she actually has custody of my daughter?

Re: child custody vs. aunt

If the custody order says you have custody then you do. Without being able to see what document you are talking about I could not give an opinion either way. Though generally your aunt would not have standing to be a party in a custody action. Unless she was a party I don't see how she could have custody.
