Child custody

My babies dad recently took my daughter and now will not give her back. He won't respond to my phone calls or anything. There is no custody made up yet. Also my daughter lives with me full time. Is this legal?

Absent a custody order either parent has right to have custody of the child. That said you should file for a custody order as soon as possible.
