Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
Child Custody
In child custody cases and one party is not flexable in regards to the non custoidal parent seeing the child and uses the child to have some sort of physical altercation between either her or her husband. The custodial parent does not allow the child to participate in extracuricular activities because the non custodial parent advocates for that to happen. The child is always sick and has been diagnosed with pnumonia twice this school year and has missed two full weeks of school because of this and when the child is sick like that the non custodial parent is not allowed to see or talk to the child. Does all of this play to the non custodial parents advantage when going to trial?
