Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Child custody decision was for father to have supervised sat, sun. Supervisor is hostile father's sister who didn't come over sat and Never let me know she cancels or father never told her about sat. I got ready next day Sun for child pick up but this hateful supervisor never showed up, she gonna try t say I do not let her. It's impossible to get from her "y" or NO! she just gonna blame mommy. I allow visits & the child went with this aunt july 11th but that night child said that father was NOwhere around, he's on vacation. his sister covers up that father chose not t have visit. Today father said that sunday he drove from his hometown (40m away) to my town, were across the street from me and then supervisor planned t give child to him, it really seems like supervisor-relative was in hurry to go to her office while child was alone with dangerous father. They r sure it would be a secret that supervisor spends under 5 min where child but the judge gonna think supervisor there over 6hours. I wish it wld be time for father with child. he gonna skip parental class & psychologist bcz he thinks it's voluntary. I need a perfect wording how to talk to all of them, what to do, how t prove that they chose not to see us, how t catch if they d not follow court order?...Help littlesweetyn gmail

This appears to be a high conflict custody case and you don't have an attorney because? Assuming you are in Central Pennsylvania Mid Penn will provide you with a pro bono attorney if you qualify. Failing that many bar associations have programs where you can get an attorney for less than the usual rate.

Sadly there are no perfect words. Custody case outcomes tend to be based on provable facts. You need to show the court why the current set is not working and what set up will work.

Facts, not eloquence will carry the day.
