Child custody
I am a fathe of a 2 year old daughter. there is no custody arrangement other than me and my ex have agreed that i have her 2 days a week..i pay child support which i never missed a payment. My dauhter lives with her mother. I want some sort of custody but i have no idea what im doing. what my rights are..we live in pa and were never married..i guess my question is what can i do to get as much legal custody as i can and how do i go about getting it..
Also afte some custody is awarded would she be able to move out of state?

You can get an agreement made an order of the court. If mom is agreeable. If not you can petition the court to settle the custody matter. It would be in every one's best interest to have an custody order in place.
If mom want to move the child out of state you have the right to petition the court to stop here.
