Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

The father of my son is the custodialparent due to myself being ill 7yrs ago and see him weekends,holidays,ect.I also am required to provide medical coverege for my son which is done thorugh my current husbands employer.At this point my x-has refused to allow me to see my son(he is 12) for tha past week and has done this before for 6and9 months at a time giving the reason that the neighborhood i live in was bad now he gives no reason and claims to accuse me of being medically neglegtant because there are appointments my son will miss if he is not with me for me to take him.There is more to it than this but that is the main jist of it and what can i do or ask for when petitioning the court,my son can't deal living there anymore and i can not allow him to go through it if it is not needed.HELP us please

There are several things you can do One is to modify the current order for change in circumstances. The other is to file a contempt petitionif your ex is violating the current Order without a valid reason. Your son is 12 and the court may pay some attention to his thoughts at this age.
