Child custody issues

My girlfriend had signed custody of her baby to her mother when she was going through a hard time. Their family lawyer represented both parties. She now wants to get the baby so we can get married and leave town. What should she do ??

She needs to file a petition to modify the order. It is best for her to obtain an attorney to assist her.
