child custody
I have no legal custody of my
two girls..I've been the primary
caretaker, finacially and physicaly.
The father pays NO support.I need to know if he can come take them.
He has no job or a home of his own.
I cannot afford custody right now

Without a custody order you might have a problem getting them back if he took them. Without money I don't see how he could but to be on the safe side I'd file for a custody order.
As for not having the money. It will be a lot more money if you wait and then have to try to get your children back.
You have a couple of alternatives one is to check with the bar association in your county to see if they do referrals to either the local legal services provider or a modest means attorney.
You might also check with the county law library. The may have the forms and instructions on how to file for custody. You can even file papers so that the Prothonotary will waive the filing fee.
